& Education Boot Camp
Come experience exercise,
education, fun and food.

| Where: | SWAN Rehab 1190 E. Missouri Ave, Suite 100 Phoenix, AZ 85014 |
| Cost: | $150.00 for first person (lunch included). $20.00 for care giver or additional person. |
| Why: | You will experience Parkinson's specific exercises, cognitive games, exercise instruction for home, Wii training, bungee activities, separate care giver training and support, movement disorder physician lunch speaker & much more. |
