What is your cancellation policy?
SWAN Rehab schedules a high ratio of therapist to patient. Therefore, it is imperative that if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you provide the courtesy of a 48 hours cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made the same day of therapy will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee. If more than 4 appointments are cancelled within a treatment series all future appointments will be cancelled unless special arrangements are made with your therapist.
